What it is

MagicGuru holds every Magic: The Gathering card, set, printing, preconstructed deck and sealed product in one shared catalog. On top of that catalog sit three things: a free collector account that tracks what you own, a marketplace where independent shops list what they sell, and the commerce stack those shops run on.

Why it is free to look

Checklists, the worth tool, set pages and leaderboards stay free and need no account. We make money from merchant subscriptions and a Collector Pro subscription for alerts and portfolio history. A shop keeps the whole price of a card it sells and pays us nothing per order; card payment costs come out of what the plans earn. Nothing that answers a question sits behind a login.

What is live today

The catalog, set pages with filters and downloadable checklists, card and printing pages, precon decks, sealed product, artists, the release calendar and the worth tool. Collector accounts, the marketplace and merchant shops are being built in that order; every page that is not ready says so instead of pretending.
