Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of your billing period; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry and email you at day 1, 3 and 7. Your plan stays active during that window; if payment still fails your account moves to Starter.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your billing page. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
